Returns & Exchanges

STAUD offers returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 21 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Return Method

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit voucher.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original STAUD packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
